Building On Dreams is currently looking to fill two overnight sleep positions. These are full time positions running from 10p-8a with the 10p-6a portion being a sleep positions. These positions do require transporting the person supported to work.

We provide care in ISL, Group Home, Independent Living Skills Development, and Community Integration settings. Job Description
Direct Care Staff work directly with the people we support as they live their day to day lives. Direct Care Staff assist with all aspects of daily living, such as
· Housekeeping
· cooking
· medication administration
· hygiene assistance
· scheduling and attending medical appointments
· attending social events, volunteering, and many forms of recreation.
Job Requirements
Along with a caring attitude, and ability to implement the ideals of Gentle Teaching, Applicants must possess the following to be qualified for this position:
· High School Diploma or equivalency
· Social Security Card
· Proof of Valid Vehicle Insurance
· Driver’s License
· Staff must pass a FCSR background screening prior to working directly with the people we support
Compensation
The current sleep rate is $10.30. The starting awake rate is $11.00 during the week and $11.50 on weekends. We are currently paying an extra $1.00 per hour extra in response to Covid-19
